The Rotary Club of Alleghany County is a member of Rotary District 7680 that stretches from the state's northern border with Virginia to its southern border with South Carolina.

Our Rotary Club meets every Thursday (except holidays) at 7 a.m. for breakfast, fellowship and a timely program concerning our community in the Alleghany Memorial Hospital Solarium, 233 Doctors St., Sparta, NC.
